Simply point your camera at a cigar band and tap the capture button. Our AI analyzes the image and identifies the cigar, providing you with detailed information including the brand, vitola, country of origin, strength profile, and typical pricing. The AI works best with clear, well-lit photos of the band.

The free version includes 5 cigar scans per month, storage for up to 10 cigars in your humidor, access to the tasting journal, and smoke session tracking. Your scan count resets at the beginning of each month.

Tap the "Upgrade" button in the app or go to Settings and select "Subscription". You can choose between a monthly plan ($9.99/month) or our best-value annual plan ($49.99/year). Payment is processed securely through the App Store or Google Play.

To cancel your subscription, go to your device's App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) settings, find CigarSnap in your subscriptions, and select "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used for your original purchase. Then go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your Premium subscription will be automatically restored.

Your collection and journal data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly exporting your data from the Settings menu. In a future update, we'll offer cloud sync for Premium users to automatically backup and sync across devices.

Our AI works best with clear, well-lit photos of the cigar band. Try taking the photo in good lighting without glare on the band. Some limited edition or regional cigars may be harder to identify. If you notice incorrect information, you can edit the details after scanning.

A smoke session lets you track your smoking experience in real-time. You'll see an estimated smoke time based on the cigar's dimensions, receive alerts at the first, second, and final thirds, and can add notes and ratings as you smoke. You can also enable ambient mode for a minimal display.

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@cigarsnap.app. We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm when your data has been removed.
